Frustrating this company

Frustrating this company, I ordered thru online in its say there buy 1 get 2 free but suddenly they wasn’t sent me the free promotions coz they said told me some I purchased was discounted already but that promotional was different from the other promo that I purchased.It takes more than a month before I received the items.Was bad experienced this company.????????

Horrible experience with Lavieenrose

Such a terrible and lazy customer service, not once but twice already. On my recent order, i ordered 6 items but received only 3 items. I called their customer service but they it was on processed. Today i saw that it is completed. But i did not receive the other 3 items. I ask my friend and they have same issues. Dot bother ordering with this company. They said that they emailed me and the order was cancelled after 48 hours. They did not even bother to contact me by phone. NEVER AGAIN.

They sell garbage

Don't bother ordering online they sent me garbage fleece socks that fell apart as soon as I opened the package, fluff everywhere!!
Keep your garbage! A refund would be good since they weren't even worth one dollar. I live in Welland Ontario.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Charged my credit card more than what they actually sent as a receipt, a second charge is for items that haven't even been shipped yet. They claimed a shipment was made but there is no such number with Canada Post. Emails are not answered, phone calls not answered.

Suggestion

I'm your regular customer and I used to buy all lace style bras,im really like the style and comfort but only one problem wire i always use the wire bra after 4 5 wash buy hand always wire come out and hurting because end part so sharp. I try to stich the end part but didn't work so I throw many good bras and I lost mony too. So my option is try to put the celicon tips and stich both ends stranger then wire is not come out and I'm stil your lace bras fan.

Very frusterating

Very frusterating, noone replies to emails. The second part of our order went to the wrong address, you can see on the tracking info it was delivered to a different province. They kept my money, sent my stuff elsewhere and are refusing the answer my multiple emails. Honestly, and every company is wondering why they are collapsing due to Amazon (never had an issue) or small sellers on Esty (who I prefer to buy from).

BAD RETURN POLICY!!!!

BAD RETURN POLICY!!!!! I purchased some items for my wife for Christmas, but my wife wanted to exchange them for something else, so I don`t see a problem. But with them there is. I had the original receipts and the gift receipts also but, they also want the tag on the clothing. NOWERE IN THEIR STORE OR ON THE RECEIPT DOES IT SAY, "KEEP ORIGINAL TAGS FOR EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS". If you go online and search their policies it does have it there. So does that mean if you want to purchase in-stores now, you have to check their on-line policies so you don`t get stuck with unwanted purchases. This is the first time I`ve ever returned an item and it has been refused by the merchant. I sent an e-mail (OR E-IGNORE) and did receive a auto-reply but no call back within their 5 day notice.

Impressed

This was my first time shopping online with La Vie and I am impressed with the level of care they put into their orders.
I placed my order and it arrived a bit later than expected, but they sent out an email explaining the situation and apologized for the delay before I even had to ask. The entire order arrived in a single shipment which was nice (I find it very frustrating when they send it in parts!) and the gift sets were packed beautifully. I did have a problem with the robe I ordered shedding, so I reached out to customer service and they replied within 2 days advising me to wash it and confirming that if this strategy didn't work, they would still refund the item. I followed this advice and so far it isn't shedding anymore so I am very happy with my overall experience.

Length of time for shipping is ridiculous!

Not happy at all with the length of time they take to ship items! Although I made my order on Cyber Monday (Nov. 30th), this is now the following Thursday and still no sign of shipping! I received an email saying they were still "processing" my order. I sent them an email asking why it's taking so long for them to ship my order. They responded advising me that processing takes up to 7 business days. I did all my Christmas shopping on that day and ALL my other packages have since been delivered from other stores! What's their excuse?? It's now day 8 and still shows "processing". It's only 2 very small items! Shouldn't take this long - regardless of it being ordered on Cyber Monday! This is a Christmas gift so I hope it arrives before Christmas!!

Quick to take money, refuse to ship products

After over a week with them having my money but not shipping products i emailed them, they had no intention of sending them out any time soon so I had the order cancelled and still have to wait days and days more for my refund.

Worst company ever

Surprised no reviews at all. Worst company ever, took over a month and didn't ship items and had to ask many times as they don't reply emails and ignore you. They also sent underwears and pajamas with no plastic bags. I don't know where they are shipping from but that's unacceptable. They also only have 3 staff working as customer service, and you wait over an hour for them to pick up phone. Avoid this company at all costs!!
